This narrative is fascinating. But it is incomplete.<\/p>\n
In the project developed together with Raffaella, what struck us from the beginning was not the olfactory quality, which was already very high, but design lucidity<\/strong> With which he approached his role.<\/p>\n He did not ask us to \u201cproduce a perfume.\u201d. This distinction changes everything.<\/p>\n The fragrance already existed. It was strong, recognizable, technically flawless.<\/p>\n But a fragrance alone is not a project.<\/p>\n The first job was then to shift the question: We worked on:<\/p>\n real (not aspirational) positioning<\/p>\n<\/li>\n sustainable price range<\/p>\n<\/li>\n concrete target audience<\/p>\n<\/li>\n channels compatible with that kind of language<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n Only after clarifying these elements did the fragrance begin to \u201cwork\u201d outside the laboratory.<\/p>\n One of the most delicate joints in the project was the design.<\/p>\n Not because they lacked ideas, but because the risk of over-interpreting<\/strong> the fragrance was very high.<\/p>\n When a fragrance is strong, design can:<\/p>\n amplify it<\/p>\n<\/li>\n or betray her<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n We chose a definite path: the design had to translate<\/strong>, do not explain.<\/p>\n Each choice-materials, proportions, weight, finish-was evaluated on a key question: We did not seek originality for its own sake. We sought readable consistency<\/strong>.<\/p>\n In many projects, production is a technical phase. Here it was an ethical phase.<\/p>\n Each production choice had a direct impact on:<\/p>\n marginality<\/p>\n<\/li>\n repeatability<\/p>\n<\/li>\n sustainability of the project<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n We worked to avoid two common mistakes:<\/p>\n the \u201ctoo ambitious\u201d production\u201d<\/p>\n<\/li>\n the \u201cdefensive\u201d production\u201d<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n The result has been a robust production system that does not put pressure on the brand at every reorder.<\/p>\n This project demonstrates one clear thing: Raffaella did not look for shortcuts. She accepted complexity.
