Y un proyecto r\u00edgido, con el tiempo, no se sostiene.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"2728\" data-end=\"2781\">La cuarta cuenta: el canal decide m\u00e1s que el producto<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"2783\" data-end=\"2838\">Un perfume no tiene la misma cuenta econ\u00f3mica cuando se vende:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2839\" data-end=\"2924\">\n<li data-start=\"2839\" data-end=\"2849\">\n<p data-start=\"2841\" data-end=\"2849\">en l\u00ednea<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2850\" data-end=\"2865\">\n<p data-start=\"2852\" data-end=\"2865\">en boutique<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2866\" data-end=\"2893\">\n<p data-start=\"2868\" data-end=\"2893\">en perfumer\u00eda selectiva<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2894\" data-end=\"2924\">\n<p data-start=\"2896\" data-end=\"2924\">a trav\u00e9s del comercio social<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2926\" data-end=\"2941\">Cada canal tiene:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2942\" data-end=\"3005\">\n<li data-start=\"2942\" data-end=\"2959\">\n<p data-start=\"2944\" data-end=\"2959\">otros costes<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2960\" data-end=\"2983\">\n<p data-start=\"2962\" data-end=\"2983\">expectativas diferentes<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2984\" data-end=\"3005\">\n<p data-start=\"2986\" data-end=\"3005\">din\u00e1micas diferentes<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"3007\" data-end=\"3115\">Dise\u00f1ar un producto sin aclarar <strong data-start=\"3050\" data-end=\"3080\">d\u00f3nde se vender\u00e1 realmente <\/strong>significa dise\u00f1ar a ciegas.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3117\" data-end=\"3180\">El canal no es una consecuencia. Es una decisi\u00f3n estructural.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"3187\" data-end=\"3230\">El quinto relato: el tiempo no es neutro<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"3232\" data-end=\"3263\">El tiempo tiene un coste. Es un sistema. Si el sistema no se ha pensado desde el principio, el \u00e9xito inicial se convierte en un problema, no en una ventaja.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"4021\" data-end=\"4059\">Por qu\u00e9 se evitan estas cuentas<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"4061\" data-end=\"4112\">La verdad es simple: estas cuentas quitan magia.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4114\" data-end=\"4188\">Obligan a tomar decisiones. A renunciar. A reducir o replantearse.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4190\" data-end=\"4322\">Pero la magia de un proyecto no reside en ignorar los n\u00fameros. Est\u00e1 en <strong data-start=\"4259\" data-end=\"4274\">h\u00e1galos primero<\/strong>, cuando a\u00fan es posible corregir el rumbo.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"4329\" data-end=\"4343\">Conclusi\u00f3n<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"4345\" data-end=\"4434\">Hacer un buen perfume hoy no es dif\u00edcil. Construir un proyecto que perdure s\u00ed lo es.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4436\" data-end=\"4579\">Las marcas que funcionan no son las que han evitado las cuentas. Son las que han tratado con ellas <strong data-start=\"4540\" data-end=\"4578\">antes de enamorarse del resultado<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4581\" data-end=\"4661\">Porque en el mercado contempor\u00e1neo, la creatividad sin estructura no es libertad.
