Sino porque a menudo no es realmente comprendida, ni por quienes la venden ni por quienes la buscan.<\/p>\n<p>Entender qu\u00e9 significa realmente producir en Italia y por qu\u00e9 tiene un valor real en el mercado internacional es el punto de partida para construir un proyecto que mantenga esa promesa.<\/p>\n<h2>Qu\u00e9 entiende el mercado internacional por Made in Italy<\/h2>\n<p>Cuando un comprador internacional -asi\u00e1tico, de Oriente Medio, estadounidense- busca un perfume Made in Italy, no est\u00e1 comprando una bandera. Busca un sistema de garant\u00edas.<\/p>\n<p>Busca una cadena de valor reconocible, una tradici\u00f3n de producci\u00f3n verificable y un nivel de artesan\u00eda que el mercado nacional de ese comprador no pueda reproducir.<\/p>\n<p>La percepci\u00f3n del Made in Italy en la perfumer\u00eda se basa en d\u00e9cadas de marcas ic\u00f3nicas, en una historia de excelencia en la fabricaci\u00f3n de vidrio, en el taponado, en la composici\u00f3n olfativa. Es un activo de reputaci\u00f3n que pertenece a todo el sector.<\/p>\n<p>Pero una etiqueta por s\u00ed sola no transfiere ese valor. Debe estar respaldada por una producci\u00f3n que la haga cre\u00edble.<\/p>\n<h2>Donde el Made in Italy cuenta de verdad en el proceso de producci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n<p>El valor de producci\u00f3n del Made in Italy no es uniforme en toda la cadena de suministro. Hay \u00e1mbitos en los que la excelencia italiana es estructural y reconocible para los profesionales.<\/p>\n<p>La fabricaci\u00f3n de vidrio primario es una de ellas. El dise\u00f1o y la fabricaci\u00f3n de botellas en Italia, especialmente en determinados distritos vidrieros, expresan una calidad de acabado y un nivel de personalizaci\u00f3n dif\u00edciles de reproducir en otras latitudes de producci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>La formulaci\u00f3n olfativa es otra. Algunas de las realidades de composici\u00f3n m\u00e1s respetadas internacionalmente operan en Italia o mantienen fragancias relevantes para las asociaciones italianas. El saber hacer en materia de formulaci\u00f3n acumulado en determinados distritos constituye una baza concreta.<\/p>\n<p>El envasado y el control de calidad, cuando corren a cargo de industriales del lujo experimentados, a\u00f1aden un nivel de fiabilidad que el mercado premium reconoce en el producto acabado.<\/p>\n<h2>Donde el Made in Italy es s\u00f3lo una etiqueta<\/h2>\n<p>Hay proyectos que llevan la reivindicaci\u00f3n Made in Italy con una producci\u00f3n que s\u00f3lo tiene el envase final en Italia. La fragancia se desarrolla y produce en otro lugar. El frasco se importa. La caja se monta en Italia.<\/p>\n<p>No es ilegal. Pero tampoco es el Made in Italy que compra el mercado internacional.<\/p>\n<p>No se trata de un juicio moral. Es una consideraci\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica.<\/p>\n<p>Quienes construyen una marca sobre una promesa que el producto no respalda plenamente exponen su proyecto a un riesgo de reputaci\u00f3n inmanejable. Especialmente en los mercados en los que los compradores ejercen la diligencia debida en la cadena de suministro.<\/p>\n<h2>C\u00f3mo el Made in Italy se convierte en una ventaja competitiva estructural<\/h2>\n<p>Una marca que quiera utilizar el Made in Italy no como reclamo, sino como posicionamiento, debe construir su cadena de suministro de forma coherente con esa promesa.<\/p>\n<p>Esto significa elegir a los proveedores de componentes en funci\u00f3n de su origen y nivel de producci\u00f3n, no s\u00f3lo del precio. Significa documentar la cadena de suministro de forma transparente y verificable. Significa poder mostrar a los compradores internacionales no s\u00f3lo la etiqueta, sino el proceso.<\/p>\n<p>Las marcas que lo hacen no compiten en precio. Compiten en credibilidad.<\/p>\n<p>Y en el mercado de la perfumer\u00eda premium, la credibilidad vale mucho m\u00e1s que cualquier ventaja de coste a corto plazo.<\/p>\n<h2>El momento en que el Made in Italy se convierte en una aut\u00e9ntica palanca comercial<\/h2>\n<p>Made in Italy deja de ser una etiqueta y se convierte en una palanca comercial cuando se apoya en tres elementos concretos.<\/p>\n<p>El primero es la trazabilidad de la cadena de suministro: saber exactamente d\u00f3nde se ha desarrollado, producido y ensamblado cada componente del producto.<\/p>\n<p>La segunda es la coherencia entre el posicionamiento comunicado y el proceso de producci\u00f3n real. No es necesario que todo se fabrique en Italia. Es necesario que lo que se declara como Made in Italy lo sea realmente.<\/p>\n<p>La tercera es la capacidad de contarlo profesionalmente en contextos B2B. Una marca que sabe explicar su cadena de suministro a un comprador internacional ya tiene una ventaja competitiva sobre alguien que solo se ci\u00f1e a la etiqueta.<\/p>\n<h2>Conclusi\u00f3n<\/h2>\n<p>El Made in Italy en perfumer\u00eda vale. Vale mucho.<\/p>\n<p>Pero no es autom\u00e1tico. No basta con declararlo. Hay que construirla.<\/p>\n<p>Las marcas que invierten en la coherencia entre la promesa de Made in Italy y la realidad de la producci\u00f3n no se limitan a proteger un reclamo.
