Un difusor. Una experiencia espec\u00edfica.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">En este proyecto, sin embargo, el punto de partida era distinto. No se trataba de un producto. Sino un sistema.<\/p>\n<h2><b>El contexto: una multinacional mundial<\/b><\/h2>\n<p class=\"p3\">El proyecto nace de la colaboraci\u00f3n con una multinacional de utillaje con miles de puntos de venta distribuidos por todo el mundo.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">Un contexto muy alejado de la perfumer\u00eda tradicional. Y precisamente por ello sumamente interesante. El objetivo no era \u201centrar en el mundo de las fragancias\u201d.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\"><span class=\"s2\">Pero usar fragancias como <\/span><b>aprovechar para mejorar la experiencia global de la marca<\/b><span class=\"s2\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Del producto a la experiencia olfativa<\/b><\/h2>\n<p class=\"p3\">La petici\u00f3n inicial no se refer\u00eda a una sola categor\u00eda. Se trataba de construir un sistema coherente para utilizar la fragancia en varios momentos de la vida cotidiana. De ah\u00ed naci\u00f3 el proyecto Cross Market.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">Hemos desarrollado cuatro tipos de productos, cada uno con una funci\u00f3n espec\u00edfica:<\/p>\n<ol start=\"1\">\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>Fragancias para coches<br \/>\n<\/b><b><\/b>Una extensi\u00f3n natural de la experiencia fuera de la tienda.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>Difusores dom\u00e9sticos<br \/>\n<\/b><b><\/b>Continuidad de marca en los espacios dom\u00e9sticos.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>Fragancias personales<br \/>\n<\/b><b><\/b>Una declinaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s \u00edntima, ligada a la persona.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>Sistemas de aromatizaci\u00f3n en tienda<br \/>\n<\/b><b><\/b>Sistemas de difusi\u00f3n en tienda dise\u00f1ados para funcionar con marketing olfativo.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p class=\"p3\">Cuatro categor\u00edas diferentes. Una l\u00f3gica.<\/p>\n<h2><b>El reto: coherencia entre distintos contextos<\/b><\/h2>\n<p class=\"p3\">El verdadero trabajo no consist\u00eda en desarrollar cuatro productos. <span class=\"s2\">Ha estado construyendo <\/span><b>coherencia entre contextos completamente diferentes<\/b><span class=\"s2\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">Coche. Hogar. Persona. Local comercial.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">Cada habitaci\u00f3n tiene:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\">diferentes tiempos de exposici\u00f3n<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\">diferentes modos de realizaci\u00f3n<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\">diferentes intensidades requeridas<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\">diferentes expectativas sensoriales<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p3\">El riesgo era evidente: crear cuatro productos inconexos. El objetivo era el contrario: crear una experiencia reconocible, adaptada pero coherente.<\/p>\n<h2><b>La fragancia como lenguaje<\/b><\/h2>\n<p class=\"p3\">En este proyecto, la fragancia no se trat\u00f3 como un elemento aislado. Se trat\u00f3 como un lenguaje.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">Un lenguaje capaz de:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\">acompa\u00f1ar al cliente en diferentes momentos del d\u00eda<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\">reforzar el reconocimiento de la marca<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\">crear continuidad entre el entorno f\u00edsico y el personal<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p3\">La dificultad no era crear buenas fragancias. <span class=\"s2\">Creaba fragancias <\/span><b>coherentes entre s\u00ed y adaptables al contexto<\/b><span class=\"s2\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Marketing olfativo: del apoyo a la influencia estrat\u00e9gica<\/b><\/h2>\n<p class=\"p3\">Una parte central del proyecto fue el desarrollo de sistemas de difusi\u00f3n en las tiendas. El marketing olfativo suele tratarse como un elemento auxiliar. En este caso, se convirti\u00f3 en una palanca estrat\u00e9gica.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">No para \u201caromatizar habitaciones\u201d, sino para:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\">mejorar la retenci\u00f3n en la tienda<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\">reforzar la identidad de marca<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\">crear una experiencia m\u00e1s envolvente<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p3\">Y, sobre todo, para conectar con otros productos. Los que viven la experiencia en la tienda pueden encontrarla en casa, en el coche, en la piel.<\/p>\n<h2><b>El verdadero valor del proyecto<\/b><\/h2>\n<p class=\"p3\">El valor de este proyecto no reside en las categor\u00edas individuales. radica en la capacidad de construir un <span class=\"s3\"><b>sistema olfativo cruzado<\/b><\/span>. Un sistema en el que:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\">cada producto tiene una funci\u00f3n<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\">cada funci\u00f3n es coherente con la marca<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\">cada punto de contacto refuerza a los dem\u00e1s<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p3\">No es una ampliaci\u00f3n del alcance. Es una ampliaci\u00f3n de la experiencia.<\/p>\n<h2><b>Conclusi\u00f3n<\/b><\/h2>\n<p class=\"p3\">Proyectos como \u00e9ste muestran una direcci\u00f3n cada vez m\u00e1s clara en la perfumer\u00eda contempor\u00e1nea.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">La fragancia ya no es s\u00f3lo un producto para vender. Es una herramienta para construir relaciones, continuidad e identidad.
