Y al mismo tiempo es una pregunta capciosa. Porque presupone que existe una relaci\u00f3n directa entre un tipo de fragancia y el \u00e9xito comercial de un producto.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">La realidad es m\u00e1s compleja.<\/p>\n<h2><b>La ilusi\u00f3n de la f\u00f3rmula ganadora<\/b><\/h2>\n<p class=\"p3\">En el mercado existen tendencias claras:<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">- gourmand<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">- oud<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">- \u00e1mbar moderno<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">- notas frescas y arom\u00e1ticas<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">- afrutado luminoso<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">Estas familias olfativas funcionan. Pero no funcionan solas. Si bastara con usar una \u201cdirecci\u00f3n correcta\u201d,<br \/>\ntodos los productos construidos sobre esa base se vender\u00edan de la misma manera. Y no es as\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">Porque el \u00e9xito de una fragancia no depende solo de lo que contiene. <span class=\"s2\">Depende de <\/span><b>c\u00f3mo se comercializa<\/b><span class=\"s2\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>La fragancia no es el producto<\/b><\/h2>\n<p class=\"p3\">Este es el punto clave. Una fragancia es un componente del producto. No es el producto.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">El producto es la combinaci\u00f3n de:<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">- posicionamiento<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">- Precio<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">\u2013 empaque<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">distribuci\u00f3n<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">comunicaci\u00f3n<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">- Momento<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">Cuando estos elementos no son coherentes, incluso una fragancia \u201cde moda\u201d tiene dificultades. Cuando est\u00e1n alineados, incluso una fragancia no convencional puede funcionar muy bien.<\/p>\n<h2><b>El papel del marketing en el \u00e9xito olfativo<\/b><\/h2>\n<p class=\"p3\">Muchos proyectos subestiman este aspecto. Piensan que la fragancia debe \u201cconvencer por s\u00ed sola\u201d.<br \/>\nPero el cliente no llega al producto partiendo del olfato.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">Llega a trav\u00e9s de:<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">- Imagen<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">- Cuento<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">\u2013 Contesto<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">\u2013 Percepci\u00f3n de la marca<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">El marketing no es un apoyo para la fragancia. Es el sistema que permite que la fragancia sea comprendida. Sin este sistema, la fragancia permanece aislada.<\/p>\n<h2><b>El contexto crea el valor<\/b><\/h2>\n<p class=\"p3\">Una misma fragancia puede tener resultados completamente diferentes dependiendo de c\u00f3mo se proponga.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">Cambiano:<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">- el nombre<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">- el embalaje<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">- el precio<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">- el canal<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">Y cambia completamente la respuesta del mercado. Esto se debe a que el cliente no compra una composici\u00f3n olfativa.<br \/>\nCompra una promesa. Y esa promesa se construye antes de que huelas.<\/p>\n<h2><b>Tendencia vs. coherencia<\/b><\/h2>\n<p class=\"p3\">Seguir una tendencia puede ser una elecci\u00f3n inteligente. Pero solo si es coherente con el proyecto.<br \/>\nUn error frecuente es utilizar una tendencia para \u201caumentar las probabilidades de venta\u201d, sin verificar si es coherente con:<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">- la marca<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">- el objetivo<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">- el precio<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">- el canal<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">Cuando falta esta coherencia, el producto entra en competencia directa con muchos otros productos similares, sin tener una raz\u00f3n real para ser elegido.<\/p>\n<h2><b>El verdadero trabajo: traducir una tendencia en proyecto<\/b><\/h2>\n<p class=\"p3\">El valor no reside en conocer las tendencias. Reside en saber c\u00f3mo utilizarlas. <span class=\"s3\"><b>interpretar<\/b><\/span>. Interpretar significa:<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">- adaptar la direcci\u00f3n olfativa al posicionamiento<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">- construir un lenguaje coherente<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">- definir el nivel correcto de intensidad y reconocimiento<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">- conectar la fragancia con la experiencia general<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">- una tendencia no es una soluci\u00f3n. Es una materia prima.<\/p>\n<h2><b>Cuando el proyecto funciona<\/b><\/h2>\n<p class=\"p3\">Los proyectos que funcionan tienen una caracter\u00edstica com\u00fan: la fragancia parece inevitable.<br \/>\nNo porque sea \u201cla mejor\u201d. Sino porque es perfectamente coherente con todo lo dem\u00e1s.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">En estos casos<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">- el cliente entiende el producto de inmediato<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">- el precio se percibe como correcto<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">- la comunicaci\u00f3n es clara<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">- la experiencia es fluida<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">Y la fragancia se convierte en parte de un sistema.<\/p>\n<h2><b>La pregunta correcta<\/b><\/h2>\n<p class=\"p3\">Las fragancias m\u00e1s vendidas son:<br \/>\n<b>\u201c\u00bfQu\u00e9 tipo de proyecto estamos construyendo y qu\u00e9 fragancia lo hace coherente?\u201d<\/b><b><\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">Es una diferencia sutil. Pero cambia completamente el resultado.<\/p>\n<h2><b>Conclusi\u00f3n<\/b><\/h2>\n<p class=\"p3\">En el mercado actual, las tendencias son cada vez m\u00e1s accesibles. La informaci\u00f3n circula r\u00e1pidamente.<br \/>\nLas direcciones olfativas se difunden r\u00e1pidamente. Esto reduce la ventaja competitiva ligada al \u201cdescubrimiento\u201d de la fragancia adecuada. La verdadera ventaja se traslada a otro lugar.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">En la capacidad de construir:<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">- un sistema coherente<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">- una clara posici\u00f3n<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">- una comunicaci\u00f3n eficaz<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">La fragancia sigue siendo fundamental.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">Pero sola no basta.
