O consumidor n\u00e3o encontra uma marca num \u00fanico local, nem num \u00fanico momento.<br data-start=\"1229\" data-end=\"1232\" \/>Encontra-se com ele <strong data-start=\"1244\" data-end=\"1257\">ao longo do tempo<\/strong>, atrav\u00e9s de experi\u00eancias diferentes, muitas vezes sobrepostas: em linha, fora de linha, pessoais, partilhadas, \u00edntimas, p\u00fablicas.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1369\" data-end=\"1454\">Neste contexto, a conce\u00e7\u00e3o de fragr\u00e2ncias como produtos aut\u00f3nomos j\u00e1 n\u00e3o \u00e9 suficiente. \u00c9 necess\u00e1ria uma mudan\u00e7a de paradigma.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"1492\" data-end=\"1522\">Do produto \u00e0 experi\u00eancia<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1524\" data-end=\"1599\">Um produto responde a uma fun\u00e7\u00e3o. Uma experi\u00eancia constr\u00f3i uma continuidade.
