Um difusor. Uma experi\u00eancia espec\u00edfica.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">No entanto, neste projeto, o ponto de partida foi diferente. N\u00e3o era um produto. Mas um sistema.<\/p>\n<h2><b>O contexto: uma multinacional global<\/b><\/h2>\n<p class=\"p3\">O projeto resulta da colabora\u00e7\u00e3o com uma empresa multinacional de ferramentas com milhares de pontos de venda distribu\u00eddos por todo o mundo.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">Um contexto muito distante da perfumaria tradicional. E, precisamente por isso, extremamente interessante. O objetivo n\u00e3o era \u201centrar no mundo das fragr\u00e2ncias\u201d.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\"><span class=\"s2\">Mas utilizar as fragr\u00e2ncias como <\/span><b>melhorar a experi\u00eancia global da marca<\/b><span class=\"s2\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Do produto \u00e0 experi\u00eancia olfactiva<\/b><\/h2>\n<p class=\"p3\">O pedido inicial n\u00e3o era sobre uma \u00fanica categoria. Tratava-se de construir um sistema coerente para utilizar a fragr\u00e2ncia em v\u00e1rios momentos da vida quotidiana. Assim nasceu o projeto Cross Market.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">Desenvolvemos quatro tipos de produtos, cada um com uma fun\u00e7\u00e3o espec\u00edfica:<\/p>\n<ol start=\"1\">\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>Fragr\u00e2ncias para autom\u00f3veis<br \/>\n<\/b><b><\/b>Uma extens\u00e3o natural da experi\u00eancia fora da loja.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>Difusores dom\u00e9sticos<br \/>\n<\/b><b><\/b>A continuidade da marca nos espa\u00e7os dom\u00e9sticos.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>Fragr\u00e2ncias pessoais<br \/>\n<\/b><b><\/b>Uma declina\u00e7\u00e3o mais \u00edntima, ligada \u00e0 pessoa.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>Sistemas de perfuma\u00e7\u00e3o na loja<br \/>\n<\/b><b><\/b>Sistemas de difus\u00e3o em loja concebidos para trabalhar o marketing olfativo.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p class=\"p3\">Quatro categorias diferentes. Uma l\u00f3gica.<\/p>\n<h2><b>O desafio: coer\u00eancia entre contextos diferentes<\/b><\/h2>\n<p class=\"p3\">O verdadeiro trabalho n\u00e3o era desenvolver quatro produtos. <span class=\"s2\">Tem vindo a construir <\/span><b>coer\u00eancia entre contextos completamente diferentes<\/b><span class=\"s2\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">Autom\u00f3vel. Casa. Pessoa. Espa\u00e7o comercial.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">Cada quarto tem:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\">diferentes tempos de exposi\u00e7\u00e3o<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\">diferentes modos de frui\u00e7\u00e3o<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\">diferentes intensidades necess\u00e1rias<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\">diferentes expectativas sensoriais<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p3\">O risco era \u00f3bvio: criar quatro produtos desconexos. O objetivo era o oposto: criar uma experi\u00eancia reconhec\u00edvel, adaptada mas coerente.<\/p>\n<h2><b>O perfume como linguagem<\/b><\/h2>\n<p class=\"p3\">Neste projeto, a fragr\u00e2ncia n\u00e3o foi tratada como um elemento isolado. Foi tratada como uma linguagem.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">Uma l\u00edngua capaz de:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\">acompanhar o cliente em diferentes alturas do dia<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\">refor\u00e7ar o reconhecimento da marca<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\">criar uma continuidade entre o ambiente f\u00edsico e o ambiente pessoal<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p3\">A dificuldade n\u00e3o era criar boas fragr\u00e2ncias. <span class=\"s2\">Estava a criar fragr\u00e2ncias <\/span><b>coerentes entre si e adapt\u00e1veis ao contexto<\/b><span class=\"s2\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Marketing olfativo: do apoio ao efeito de alavanca estrat\u00e9gico<\/b><\/h2>\n<p class=\"p3\">Uma parte central do projeto foi o desenvolvimento de sistemas de difus\u00e3o em loja. O marketing olfativo \u00e9 frequentemente tratado como um elemento acess\u00f3rio. Neste caso, tornou-se uma alavanca estrat\u00e9gica.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">N\u00e3o para \u201cperfumar o quarto\u201d, mas para:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\">melhorar a reten\u00e7\u00e3o na loja<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\">refor\u00e7ar a identidade da marca<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\">criar uma experi\u00eancia mais envolvente<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p3\">E, sobretudo, para se ligar a outros produtos. Quem vive a experi\u00eancia na loja pode encontr\u00e1-la em casa, no carro, na pele.<\/p>\n<h2><b>O verdadeiro valor do projeto<\/b><\/h2>\n<p class=\"p3\">O valor deste projeto n\u00e3o reside nas categorias individuais. Est\u00e1 na capacidade de construir uma <span class=\"s3\"><b>sistema olfativo multimercado<\/b><\/span>. Um sistema em que:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\">cada produto tem uma fun\u00e7\u00e3o<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\">cada fun\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 coerente com a marca<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\">cada ponto de contacto refor\u00e7a os outros<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p3\">N\u00e3o se trata de uma extens\u00e3o do alcance. \u00c9 uma extens\u00e3o da experi\u00eancia.<\/p>\n<h2><b>Conclus\u00e3o<\/b><\/h2>\n<p class=\"p3\">Projectos como este mostram uma dire\u00e7\u00e3o cada vez mais clara na perfumaria contempor\u00e2nea.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">A fragr\u00e2ncia j\u00e1 n\u00e3o \u00e9 apenas um produto para vender. \u00c9 uma ferramenta para construir rela\u00e7\u00f5es, continuidade e identidade.
